what's with this fear to forcast the worst information today? Why sugar coat everything, this is why no one is prepared for problems when they arise, because the Media won't go ahead and say that the Hurricane is going to come on land and curve right over NC, VA, MD, DC etc... instead the track is softened to "hopefully" keep the storm off of the coast. They've miss predicted the storm the entire track why try to keep making best case scenario predictions... I hate Weathermen. Just make the track right and then everyone will be releaved when the Hurricane "DOESN'T" make landfall.

Hey Shaun, You are an inspiration, so your office has a bit of rock n roll. I'm sure it's really nasty and uncomfortable. The sea is like a person, it gets angry but it won't last forever. Must be nice to know that you have a huge and growing fan base. Cheers Susie, Kevin Stef and James Williams

Go Quincey,
When ever we get off the erg we think about what you are doing.....
BIG CAJONES!!!
We missed you at the mount. Here's a chuckle for you!

While she was 'flying' down the road yesterday, a woman passed over a bridge, only to find a cop with a radar gun on the other side lying in wait.

The cop pulled her over, walked up to the car, with that classic patronizing smirk we all know and love, and asked, 'What's your hurry?'

To which she replied, 'I'm late for work.'

'Oh yeah,' said the cop, 'what do you do?'

'I'm a rectum stretcher,' she responded.

The cop stammered, 'A what? A rectum stretcher?
And just what does a rectum stretcher do?'

'Well,' she said, 'I start by inserting one finger, then work my way up to two fingers, then three, then four, then with my whole hand in. I work from side to side until I can get both hands in, and then I slowly but surely stretch it, until it's about 6 feet wide.'

'And just what the hell do you do with a 6 foot arsehole?' he asked.

'You give him a radar gun and park him behind a bridge...'

Hi there Shaun, I remember you and Brett talking about rowing the Tasman one night (in Wellington) and usually, those late night boozy ideas never materialise.
So when I saw your smiling face on the late-night news and heard that you were about to row the Tasman, I nearly rolled off the couch.
I take my hat off for you and follow your progress. Well done!!
Esther (and Brett)
