Hey Shaun, been following you on tracker for the past couple of weeks. You lads down under sure have a heavy accent..lol..listened to your podcast. I wondered the other day why you appeared to be heading in the wrong direction…now we know the rest of the story. There sure is a lot of nautical activity going on down there…Jessica Watson’s solo round, Talisman Bounty Bound expedition upcoming with Mike Perham and Don McIntyre and crew etc. Mike Perham is just out of Sydney hospital a couple of days ago and doing well.
Take care with that back mate, I know what it’s like to pinch a nerve…or worse. Here’s your laugh for the day under the title of emergency medical care….

Hello Quincey. Was good to hear you on the podcast – can’t quite believe what you’re doing! Some have rocks in their heads, some of us just have nice soft cotton wool! Pleased to hear you’ve started rowing again – good news – but take it easy, don’t risk injuring yourself. Hope the weather, Tangaroa & Neptune are with you as you head East now. Hi Quincey, Just been reading all your messages, great support …I laughed when someone said people were dressing as you at the Welling 7’s,,,,I thought Hmmm I didn;t see anyone taking their clothes off!!!!!!

Hi Quincey so all i need to do to get the boys room cleaned is put everything in a small boat in the middle of the tasman with horrendous weather conditions and toss it all around for days on end, then hold back food and sleep, throw in some dangerous anchor repairs and when fair weather arrives the tidy up happens, well if only i had know thats what it takes to get a guy to tidy up his space, who would have guessed. Now stop thrashing around and head on home, row straight and paddle well KCx
